Nothing will get better until she starts taking her meds. Ppl with bipolar disorder simply cannot handle ANY level of stress without medication, so every little thing causes her to break from reality. Sadly, unless she actually hurts someone & they force her onto medication in jail, its likely she won't choose to medicate.

They decided to stay together. Translation: She begged and pleaded for just one more time.
