Welcome back to the channel, in today's video we are working on part 2 of the full 3 point shooting workout i posted a few weeks ago. This workout will also give you some great quality reps to get you better. This workout will consist of 140 made shots start to finish (150 makes including free throws) Let's go to the next level. 💯

Thank God!!! I truly & really motivated to play basketball because the truth is Basketball is my addiction since my 5th grader until I went to high school and through college times! and today is I continue to play & love basketball even though I am only 5'6 and a half! but I am really blessed with your dribbling and shooting practice exercises! @@ChrisGatlinWorkouts I have just finished 1 hour session with your drills and immediately picked up some important details that I have missed but urgently needed to stablise my shoot form with my previous drills. What I struggle at the moment is dribble from left hand to right and set the ball and shoot whether it’s crossover, between the legs or behind the back, I just can’t get into my shooting form quickly.
