I always look forward to your videos. The "Don't Postpone Joy" is such a good reminder, as we get so busy in work, taking care of the home and kids.... we don't always remember that we need to find joy in everyday things. I am trying everyday to find my joy as I just lost my husband of 47 years. Remembering all the things that he did for me and his joy in life, his work, his kids and family and friends that and his two dogs that remind me with a wake-up lick in the morning is what keeps me going! Thank you for your joy in all that you do and show us through your videos!❤😊🙏

We got our second son that play kitchen for Christmas when he was 5. He is 41. It took us 6 hours to put together. Barely got it done before the boys woke up. It was a long Christmas day. My friend got her daughter the same one. Her dad was a mechanical engineer. It took him 3 days to put hers together. It got much loving use.

The scissors with feet are for trimming candle wicks. When you set them down they don't get the soot on the table.

Hi Nicole, it looked like another fun thrifting day with Kate! I loved the flower frog. I’ve never seen one with the bowl that matched. I could see it with marbles in the holes and fairy lights in the bowl The honeycomb pieces were so sweet. Amazed that something so delicate could survive for so long❤️ I might have had to grab that toy kitchen set, just plain adorable😍 it looked like Kate found some treasures as well 😊

The cat flasher plate was hysterical! Really nice selection of lamps! Great catch! Glad to see that they were using the plastic wrap on the glass instead of tape. I recently bought two items where the tape hid the flaws and I didn’t see them until I got them home to clean.😡

I have that honeycomb Easter basket. I’d forgotten about it!

I love the little egg. It could be a trinket box. Looking at the teacup reminds me that I found a bone china tea cup and saucer that had tiny shamrocks on it. I paid only $2 for it in Goodwill. Love the blue and white collection, I have one too. Mine are a mix of delft Liberty blue and blue willow. My sister had a home in Aruba and brought back many Delft pieces. I see Betty is dressed for St Patrick’s Day

Hi Nicole and Kate! My daughter took me to Goodwill yesterday to look for a few easter decorations! I spent $6.00 on some plastic eggs, a little wooden pink bunny and a white bunny sitting in a cart! *Oh, I forgot to say I am so glad you bought the "Don't Postpone Joy" framed embroidery piece❣️ It's lovely and primitive.😊 An easy way to fix the mitered upper right hand corner of the frame would be to fill in the gap with Titebond Thick and Quick Glue and then clamp it into place. I also tape my frame's corners with painter's tape first before I add clamps after gluing for a solid fit, but that's because I am a little "extra", LOL. 🤪😁🤣👱‍♀️*

Nicole, you mentioned armchairs of a dning set being sold separately. I think the reason for that is ( in my case) we have a pretty tight walk area in our dining room, and the armchairs don;t usually slide completely under the table, most times the arms impede that..they could also be used as accent chairs, which may also be the reason.

I’m SO glad you’ve given the primitive embroidery piece a home! I love finding needlework pieces - especially since I’ve begun cross stitching again after a looooooong break.

Love the ' don't forget joy' piece! I love any fabric pieces. The 2 marble apples are cool, too! Love your showing off pieces in place. THANKS.

Absolutely LOVE your Polish Pottery collection! I need to pull mine out after Easter and take your inspiration! 😄👍 PS, there was another egg right next to the hinged egg you purchased, did you see it? PSS, my Mom passed last year and I have the same glass flower frog dish you picked up. What was weird was the same masking tape on the bottom with my Mom’s name on the bottom. She would bring it to the church for flower displays at showers 😊

You could hang your "don't postpone joy" picture at the bottom of your stairs by the door.

I do in the summer when I have flowers from my garden. I’m not very big on buying cut flowers from the store. But, that’s why I think it’s nice to find other uses for these objects!

*They were talking about the Tupperware Pickle Holder...they are very hard to find and because of that, they can be expensive. It is tall, green, and square-shaped, rather than being round. You remove the square, clear frosted Tupperware lid, and inside is a remarkable gadget. It's a flat, square ⬛️ with all kinds of holes 🕳 in the bottom of the square plastic piece, that has an upside down capital "U" shaped handle that attaches to the ventilated square bottom. You pour your whole jar of pickles into the pickle saver - juice and all. As you lift the handle up out of the pickle saver, the pickle juice drains back into the container through the collander-like bottom - BUT YOUR PICKLES STAY ON TOP OF THE COLLANDER AS YOU LIFT THE HANDLE, making it EASY to grab a pickle🥒or two🥒🥒 without a fork - and WITHOUT DIPPING YOUR FINGERS INTO THE PICKLE JUICE‼️🤣🤣🤣🥒 It's a GREAT INVENTION❣️🥒🥒🥒😁* *That's why they were saying, "If you find a Tupperware Pickle-Saver. grab it‼️"🤣 (Either to keep for your own use, because it's such a great invention - OR to sell, because it's so highly desirable and you could make a good profit on it if you are a reseller.)😊💚🥒🌿*
