How many come back to watch this after watching Tokyo Olympics closing ceremony.

I didn't watch the Ceremony in Beijing 2008 . But after I watched the Ceremony in Japan 2020, I suddenly feel like I have to watch other ceremony videos to balance... now, I feel much better!!! Thank you China, thank you Beijing.

After watched the tokyo opening, then back to watch the 2008 opening ceremony, then continue search for the closing ceremony, Best of the Best, closing ceremony feeling like opening ceremony, really hard work.

The shear amount of positivity and happiness in this is amazing!

I have never watched an olympic closing ceremony until Beijing 2008. Happy feelings. The Chinese are so warm and talented.

i become so emotional to see so many athletes can have fun and smile without masks. Wish the world can get well soon

Beijing was ahead of time. Can you imagine such concept was way back 2008???? I'm amazed!

As a student volunteer, i had the honor to participate all the process of Beijing 2008 Olympic. I was there for the opening ceremony, and my classmates and I were so moved that we cried together. I was in charge of traffic control at the basketball arena throughout the basketball game and got to meet all the big international players in person. Looking back on it all now, I am so blessed.

But you have lab for the virus. Don't you know US the biggest country in the world in weaponary and creating virus? They have labs all over the world. Not even their allies believe them.

When Beijing hosted the Olympic, I was in Australia for a summer program right before starting high school. We, a bunch of Chinese students, lived with Australian local families at that time. On the day of opening ceremony, my roommates and I watched the ceremony along with our host family on TV. We did our best to translate as much details as possible. We felt proud of our country, and we felt proud of ourselves for being able to speak good English so we could introduce our culture to the world.

gabeu Guilin, is definitely in there and a town in Anhui and Shaanxi. I’d make my list on a video. I haven’t finalize my top 10. I also loved HK and Macau very much. But I will only make a list for mainland China.

The creative genius of putting this history together to highlight the whole of China, the imagination, it’s many cultures of China, I have to say it gave me a different perspective of the Chinese people. Congratulations to all who contributed & participated in This most amazing ‘08 Olympics opening & closing. I don’t think anyone will ever top this!! London the 2012 was just awful!

London had a tough act to follow. The "human tower" performance was incredible. So much went into this ceremony. The Chinese raised the bar to another level with their opening and closing ceremonies. I think Great Britain did an incredible performance with theirs. Now, I wonder how Beijing will top this when they host the 2022 Winter Olympics.

Coolest ceremony ever seen from a big country!

Beijing Olympic 2008 opening and closing ceremonies remain the best I've seen! And those were the better days - less hostility among nations. How I wish our world could cooperate more, and we human kind need it more than ever now as we have the most pressing common problem to tackle with together - the climate change.

Hehe, I remember reading online comments in the immediate aftermath of this ceremony. Chinese audiences thought the ceremony wasn't very well done and that the best part was London's presentation. British audiences thought the whole ceremony was spectacular _except_ London's presentation 😄😄😄

@@fazilatjoraeva6470 I don't think 2022 will be boring after seeing China handle 2008 and the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou. 2008 and 2010 Asian Games were both amazing and were both the best Olympic, Asian Games ever. So I see 2022 Winter Olympics as great.

ironically, this event made it very difficult for so many foreigners to enter China. For several years they said the Olympics will open China. It did the opposite. So many requirements to get Visa. Because so many people came to China for this event.

Thank you for uploading all the shows from the Olympic Games. The only thing I would like is that they can add subtitles to each country's choice because, for example, the closing of the Athenas Olympics has many songs that must be beautiful and that's why they were chosen. It would be great if they could add that to it! Thank you for reviewing all the ceremonies that are magnificent!

It was a great closing ceremony of Beijing 2008 what I liked the most was at the time 1:39:08 with that song Beijing wo ai Beijing that will take me as a souvenir.

The Duet between Placido Domingo and doubtless one of China's best female opera singers was for me the highlight of the Closing Ceremony - Just brilliant.
