I made the mistake of getting on the back of a big bull when I was 21. You paid $10 and they would let you ride as many bulls as you wanted to. It was way back in 1973 off I-35 in Lewisville, Tx. More than anything I just wanted to prove to myself I could do it. Well I did and it lasted about 1 second. Threw me and I landed on my head and right shoulder. It was the first and the last time believe you me.

@@dzimidzimo Bull Riding is not only based on the rider, but the bull as well. What he's saying is he made a smarter choice on the bull that day. He chose a more rank bull and got a higher score than the person he was competing the closest with. He scored a 94. The other guy scored an 88.

And in say'n that he has nothing else to prove! A nd his reward will be a life time of pain! That’s JB’s strategy. He says the guys who get completely settled then nod are doing it wrong. His theory is if you are moving when the gate opens to you’re in a better spot than going from completely still

Je vois que le rodéo ( c b s ) se fait de nuit, et connaitre les gagnants en début de matinée. ( Je ne fais que le féliciter par rapport à cette discipline équestre essentiellement cowboy et affinitaires ).

He rode Bushwacker, Asteroid, Long John, Pearl Harbor, Stone Sober, Shepherd Hills Tested, Chicken on a Chain, Voodoo Child, and Bruiser. Probably a bunch I missed but that's an unbelievable list. I think he missed Mick E. Mouse and Air Time but not many others.
