this is amazing faceting machine design based on optical properties

This is quite different that I used to work before, I've been working for 7 years as production operator, from raw materials to finish stones product. The machine is also different, from pre cutting machines we used cylindrical cylinder which have a coated diamond powder in it to shape a pre cutting from pavilion to crown with the help of water coolant to avoid heating ang broken while faceting the stone. From their we used a copper cylinder to polish the stone with the application of what they called diamant. You need a supplier of raw materials like cubic zirconia, blue spinel, red spinel or red ruby, aquamarine, green emirald ang all kinds of colored stones, and most important is this kind of machine.

These machine can cut facets only....no Shape......Without centerlize shape, we cannot faceting like even gridle.
