You’re doing the hooks wrong, they’re 16 bar hooks in double time, so any tempo above 120 bpm has a 16 bar hook, and 32 bar verse, outro 8-16 bars (your preference)

​@jamesaviles9682 If you're counting double time it's 16 bars If you're counting half time it's 8 bars.If you don't know how to count bars go watch a tutorial..It's valuable knowledge..
