Oh! This no time to be humble! Please be sure to show him your awards and explain to him he will be able to charge extra because of all high end changes you have made. He needs to gift you the time and freedom not changing things back and you could gift him the ability to charge extra because it's THE LONE FOX apartment!

How fortunate your landlord is to have had you as a tenant! You have added so much more appeal and value to the property with your design improvements which enhanced all of the original features.

Truly! If anything, I would say paint all the walls white if I wanted it more neutral.

I’m so interested to see what your landlord thinks about the changes you’ve made! I’m always curious if they would actually be okay you leaving some of the changes you made the way they are when you move out, because it seems like it adds additional character and value to the space.

I agree. The photos of your apartment, as is, will sell the space and hopefully the increase in rent he can now charge because of the value you added.

Marie's room is AMAZING! I love it. One of my favorite things about this entire apartment is that you stayed true the architectural period of the space, while adding modern elements that compliment the period of the apartment. In addition, I like that it's very gender neutral (in my opinion), with touches of both masculine and feminine decor pieces. You have a great eye. I hope you pursue interior design as a profession.
