GV Fulham kick off, ball is sent back to Fulham left half Lawler, he moves forwards and passes inside, ball is intercepted by Bristol Rovers player who beats a Fulham man and passes to one of his colleagues Cooper. GV Rovers attacking from the left wing, ball is centred, Biggs heads, Macedo tips it over the bar for a corner. Bristol Rovers player cannot stop and finishes in the back of the net. CU Woman in crowd. GV Lawler beats a man and runs on, he is challenged again, passes to Chamberlain who centres, Nicholls half clears and a Rovers player heads the ball behind for a corner. CU Elderly man. GV Chamberlain takes corner, ball into goal area where it is cleared. SV Johnny Haynes passes into the middle. CU Nicholls in his goal, ball comes towards him he dives, deflects the ball but it goes into the net. Fulham 1 Bristol Rovers 0. CU Small boys dancing with joy. GV Hill with the ball, passes to Roy Dwight who kicks the ball down field for Jimmy Hill to run on to, Hill centres, Stevens jumps but cannot reach, ball goes to Chamberlain who shoots, ball goes along the ground and Stevens deflects it into the net. CU Small boys celebrate. GV Chamberlain with the ball, centres but ball goes out to Dwight. Passes to Haynes who centres it and Stevens shoots, ball goes into the net making the score 3-0. CU Small boys jumping up and down.
Half time score Fulham 3 Bristol Rovers 0. GV Hooper taking a corner, Macedo jumps and touches the ball but cannot hold it, the ball rolls to Haynes who clears. GV Fulham ball, passed to Dwight. SV Dwight with the ball, he passes to Hill who beats his man and centres, the ball is blocked. CU Girl in crowd. GV Lawler receives the ball, moves towards goal and shoots. GV Nicholas jumping up for the ball, he punches the ball clear but it goes to a Fulham player who drives the ball goalwards but over the bar. CU Man in crowd. GV Bristol Rovers player bring the ball up field, he kicks into the centre. GV Bristol Rovers attacking. SV Tony Macedo at the ready. GV Hooper with the ball, he shoots but Macedo saves it. CU Woman in crowd cheering. GV Bristol Rovers player taking free kick, kicks ball it goes into the centre, Bradford and Stapleton jump for it, Bradford gets there first and heads the ball into the goal. Score Fulham 3 Bristol Rovers 1. SV Massed crowds cheering. GV Bristol Rovers attacking the right wing, ball is centred and Rover forward tries an overhead kick which just goes over the bar.
