Have you seen "A Different Beyond"? It's a short film on youtube promoting the full capabilities of the Fujifilm X-t3... It was produced by Fujifilm and it was directed by Mathew Libatique... He was the cinematographer for the Iron Man movies... I highly recommend watching it if you haven't.

It's funny how everyone else on youtube is trying to make videos 'cinematic' by far too shallow DOF for absolutely no reason. This video is an example of what they SHOULD be aiming for.

Omg its very cool! I havent really seen much of these cinematic shots with the XT-3, im so glad I found this! Can you recall which shots were made with the Sigma ART, also it is Nikon or canon mount and what kind of adapter did you use? Sorry for the lot of question, Im just amazed, that this kind of cinematography can be pulled out of the XT-3!

Mostly shot with the Sigma except the musician shots. Canon to fx, Fringer adapter. Thanks.

Very nice footage! Do you like the X-T3 as much as your Bmpcc? The other X-T3 footage I've seen looks rather digital...so besides Nitrate I'm curious about how you achieved your look! Thanks!!!

Sure the xt3 is as excellent as the bmpcc OG. I used the original Filmconvert instead of Nitrate actually. Looked slightly better this time. I didn’t denoise most of the dark footages. The noise from the camera is very organic, pleasant to my eyes. Also I added tons of film grain at the end. Thanks!
