Love your channel just found it and been researching for weeks and i think i made a decision

Thank you for this video. Most XH1 reviews are approximately five years old. With the firmware updates past 2.1, from what I’ve read, improved its performance or added features. Very little, if any, of the reviews mention this. I just bought an XH1 last week with three lenses but without the battery grip. I’ve ordered the battery grip from MPB in excellent condition. I’m a street photographer and this isn’t the best body for this photography variant as it Huge and heavy. I hope to learn how to know my camera body correctly. I’ve seen what the Xtrans 3 sensor can produce and look forward to seeing for myself. Mask On Nurse Marty (Ret)

The X-H1 is a terrrific camera to be honest. And it's a real good value too. As I said in the video, I have a few niggles with the X-H1, some small details that kind of detracts from the experience, but I have those with every camera. The X-H1 is one of those cameras that came hella close to being perfection for me. I hope you'll enjoy it ! It can be a real performer if you sit down and take the time to learn it properly.

I use Lightroom with XH-1 and XT-2 with no artifacts or "worming" - what could I possibly be doing wrong?

worming shows up when pushing the sharpening slider a little too far. My version or LR is a little bit older, I know that newer versions deal better with this. I still found Capture One to deal with X-Trans files a bit better. There's a plugin made for LR to get basically on par with C1 that costs around 40 USD, but I wasn't going to pay that.

Haha I don't deny it. Though to be completely honest, if I didn't have a D700 and a pile of F mount glass, I would have never sold the X-H1. I'm just trying to simplify my kit which has been growing quite hard these past few months (I'll admit I do have lens GAS happily)
