thanks for the demonstartion, helped a bit. However there are a couple of things im not sure how to control that i was hoping you could help with. 1) I cannot get my exposure settings to show up in the EVF. 2) I cannot get the Exposure Bracket button to show anything when pushed 3) I cannot find an easy way to turn Exposure bracket on/off 4) I cannot find how to set the Q button to display as Icons like yours. Thanks in advance to any knowledge you can impart on me.

A question about using non-GF lenses. I'm going to get an adapter for Canon EF to Fuji GF mount, so that I can use or try to use some of my Canon lenses. I know there will probably be vignetting but how much, I don't know. Will it still be usable? What is the 35mm format control for, and does it then emulate the same effective focal length (ie a Canon EF 35 would still be a 35mm on the GFX, rather than a 27.5 effective focal length? And what about using some of the other aspect ratios: which will work best with these lenses? I'll test when I receive the adapter but if you already have some experience with this love to read about it.

Hello Francis, Thank you for the videos. Much appreciated ! My GFX 50SII has 15 blocks on the bottom of LCD screen that I cannot find a way to change or get rid of. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Geo

This is a fantastic video. But you didnt go over connecting to studio lighting like via a pocket wizard. I can't figure out how to get it to fire with my pocket wizard. I thought it would just fire by having it attached, but it doesnt. What do I do?

Hi if I want to use hand grip and if I don’t want to remove and attach again and again, I have to charge battery by connecting camera to usb c to ac power. But in manual mentioned it takes 600 minutes to fully charged!!! Is it correct? 10 hours turn off camera and leave to charge battery?!

Thanks for this great overview - put things in focus as a GFX newb but still have so many questions. Other than RTFM - any other videos you suggest to learn the technical ins and outs of the camera?

Thank you Francis. When I compare images from my gfx100s vs my xt4, I cannot see huge difference between. Of course gfx image is deeper, more tonality and better corruptibility but if I zoooooom-in :) otherwise xt4 could produce beautiful images no doubt. Please advise if I miss anything.

No doubt that the XT4 is a very capable camera. Main differences I would say is details generation and crop ability, dynamic range , depth of field and more powerful rendering of GS lenses. At the end of the day ultimate image output Is what the GFX aimed for. The XT4 is a bit more versatile and longer lens ability. My personal kit for landscape and adventure photography includes GFX 100s. 23mm. 45-100mm. 100-200mm. XT4 with 70-300mm. Paraphernalia of filters, tripod etc.

The main difference is the intent of the final photo- for large prints - nothing beats medium format! That aside, dynamic range (tonal range), and just the raw resolving power with the sensor and awesome lenses for GFX - most notably the GF110 f2, and the 23 mm

Hi Francis, I haven’t brought the GFX 100s yet-but I have a question to ask. Did Fuji Japan address and fix some the improvements that was a concern that professional photographer enthusiast want to see improved in 2023?
