I just sold my Canon r5 kit too for a GFX 100 ii and am in love with everything about it! I am having so much fun and am absolutely blown away by the photos I am taking with it

same. the 100 ii is amazing

I’d grab the Voigtlander 58mm 1.4, it’s a classic planar just like the 80mm F2 on the Contax 645 and with a little correction in post it’s perfect. It’s also super affordable. I really enjoy mine on the 50s

Great and honest review of this beast of a sensor. and beautiful photos as well for sure. am not sure what you can actually adapt to this big sensor and if old FF lenses won't vignette but give the jupiter 85mm and the pentacon 50mm a try if you want to have less contrast but beautiful rendition.

Awesome! I shoot weddings with an GFX50SII (GFX50R before) and the AF is fast enough for me. I love the slow camera and wait for the right moment.

Great recent video on The Original GFX 100. These are almost 25-30% of the initial launch price, and more solid and possibly are more durable shutter then the 100s. Very tempted to pick up one or for Architectural photography with the Canon TS lenses to replace my 5dsRs.

Hey man, great video. I'd say the music is a little distracting though and it's the same song playing through the whole video. Perhaps it'd be better if you gave the viewer a respite for a few moments while you speak, show photos, the camera etc. before going back to the music during the beautiful shots at the beginning/end? Just a thought. Keep up the great work.

Its a nice informative video but the number of times you say like throws me off

Lightroom is slow, switching to Capture One will fix your speed issues.

how's the battery life ? any thoughts for long shoot days?
