I LOVE PUNK ROCK AND MEN'S VOLLEYBALL!

Women's is much better--men's is serve, dig, set, kill every time, largely because all the players are about 6'8" and hit about a foot above the net. Men's would be better if they raised the net maybe 4" (6" would be even better).

+Gabriel Ferreira Agreed man. It was completely necessary, Minor Threat was great, but there's a shit ton of contemporary bands that sound exactly like that. Fugazi had it's own style and took punk to another level.

the Ric is constructed with a tailpiece that's farther away from the bridge than, say, Ian's. The extra strength length has intonation. Sonic Youth does this all the time with Jazzmasters, which has even more string length (off the top of my head, think the beginning of 1987's "Stereo Sanctity.") Guy's playing behind his bridge through a high gain amplifier, distorting the high tones of the strings before the tailpiece. He's also fretting something, I think, which modifies the tone of the strings
