pls tell us the detail procedure how to send bunker sample for laboratory test? i mean what are the paperworks we have to do?

I would ask a Chief engineer for paperwork information, but it's usually filling out a form the lab provides and sending it in a box with one of the sample bottles sealed with a marked cable tie
And fifth sample could be for surveyor

Of course if requested you can take extra samples. If there is a bunker master for sure they will also take one.
