Dear Enzo, We do and classify the extractions in three different levels, (high, medium and low (upper nape). The first line is reconstructed with lower follicular units that are of course thinner and closer to the natural. This is a more complicated task in the procedure, because it is very small follicular units, fragile and difficult to survive, but it encloses the art of hair transplantation. The lower nape has a hairy hair that often thins over the years and is rarely valid in these procedures.

Powers Leo I had the same question for a few doctors. Most structure payments plans in 3 stages. Deposit ($600-1000), 2 months before procedure 30-50% of full balance due and the final payment is done the week of the procedure. Usually they only accept wire transfers.
