With hair transplants like these, I always wonder what happens when the hair that he still has eventually falls. This is a young man with a receding hairline so they added hair to where he's lost it but they've done nothing to "protect" the hair right behind it. In other words, they can't ensure that it won't fall - and then he'll look worse because he'll have a big gap right behind the row of "new" hair. What's the solution to that?

I am not an expert ..my answer is based on what i've seen from other videos .. as u can see his hair is receding from temple area so once those area gets filled with stronger hair from donor areas which are resistant to these type of hair fall, actually stop the process ..in a simple way think of it like a disease which transfers from one single hair to another .. his disease effected hair has fallen already and whatever he has left isnt effected but gradually may get if left untreated .. after hair transplant he has more hair now , imagine if he still has some hair with disease in between the new hair it cant pass it on to newly transplanted hair because the new ones can withstand it.. also after transplant care including PRP and certain medication including minoxidil(i dont know if they are using it ,most HT centre advise patients to use it) actually strengthens the older hair ... he can still lose hair from the crown area with time though .. it also can be treated with second HT which also does the same !
