These cookies are a must try recipe for matcha lovers! They have a strong matcha taste, a delicious fudgy interior, and a lovely green colour.
I used culinary grade unsweetened matcha powder for this recipe, melted butter to get a fudgy cookie, toned down on the sugar and added a bit of cornstarch, so the cookies didn’t spread too much.
Ingredients:
½ cup butter melted
½ cup brown sugar packed
⅓ cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoon cornstarch
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 egg large
1 tablespoon matcha
