Current action refers to the entirety of the attack. For example, Cocolia (simulated) has that multi-hit blizzard that can freeze. The freeze is actually a % chance on each hit, not 1 check for the whole attack. So what Fu's skill does is, if you would have gotten CC'd by one of those hits in that blizzard attack, you don't get frozen by that hit, or any of the remaining hits in the attack. Hope that helps!

This is what a turn is: "Hits" are the attack's individual dmg number inside the action (important to say because in situations like Sampo, his basic attack do multiple hits and able to apply wind shear multiple times) "actions" are inside the turn and it's indicated with the *horizontal* icons in the turn time line, if a character does multiple *actions,* timed buffs and debuffs don't go down because the turn isn't ended, bosses' extra actions are actually actions not turns Each *vertical* icon in the turn time line is a "turn" and *turns* make buffs and debuffs go down That's why Seele "extra turn" counts Bronya's skill, because it's actually an extra *action* not a *turn* Sushang ult advancing her turn foward is actually a turn ending Strangely enough, Seele is the only inconsistency (that I know of)

Blade is another weird one when he uses his skill. Buffs down go down, that is why you save Bronyas ult until right after you use Blade's skill and you will get an extra turn of her ult buff.

She reduces dmg taken, provides crit rate, heals herself and team, and gives cc shield. Solo sustain indeed. Hoyoverse gonna do a lot to powercreep her.

The power creep is just phasing her out by giving all the units crazy AoE damage output and making her take too much redirected damage.

Yeah but 10% increased healing to me isnt as important as 8% reduced damage taken from the Guard 2 piece, since she's automatically taking so much damage. Between her talent and her lightcone and max HP, she will heal the team back to full no problem.

In HSR, all sources of energy get amplified by the receiver’s ERR, right? In Genshin, ER affects particles from ass kicking, but not anything from a talent or constellation.

Now. Hear me out. Just some crazy theory crafting. With landau’s choice and the knight set you’ll have 24% damage reduction base. If the matrix applies to her that another reduced damage. And then the most important part. If damage dealt to her through her allies triggers that one specific destruction buff, the one that heals you when you’re attacked under 12hp% i think is the number, you could have infinite sustainability

Fuxuan and Bailu will be my two sustain unit for a long team. Fuxuan vs CC enemies and Bailu for the other side. Dont tell me about replacing Bailu with Natasha/Lynx. Without using SP, they wont likely sustain your team unless you can break weakness alot or having debuff unit to frozen/slow/reduce dmg.

Lynx can full cleanse a debuff with aoe heal lmao this is very useful against the windsheers/ slows/ and other debuff heavy bosses. Especially with the swarm in the next moc where their windsheers literally take off a huge chunk of hp.

When in Bailu team, you just spam QQQQ until your ultimate is back and you are good to go as long as enemies lack of CC and it happens frequently in one side of MoC. Just look at the current MoC

I think Fu Xuan's biggest problem like with Imbibitor Lunae's skill point consumption will be Energy. If her Ult is 120 or more it will be IMPOSSIBLE to run her without a ERR rope. Or you will R5 her light cone.

Just use Moment of Victory or Landau's Choice to increase her Aggro and get more energy when she gets hit, the only downside for this is that it's purely RNG whether she gets hit or not, but most likely will.

When she uses skill she gets 20 extra energy so every 3 turns she gets 50 energy so it won’t be that bad. Also she’s gonna be getting hit by literally everything so there’s also that.

I mean, I feel like you'll be able to solve it with just s1 of her light cone. At that point you can easily not miss running an hp% rope. Light cone passive gives you over half an hp% rope at s1 on top of a higher base hp. At that point you're 100% not losing out on anything by running an ERR rope.

Loucha is better. Fuxuan reduce blade hp lost, causing his ultimate to take longer to get full dmg. But imo both are fine

Cn tc already put blade, seele, lynx, and fu xuan as top tier team for moc, not purely bcuz of the sustain but bcuz of the buff lynx and fuxuan gives, hp and crit. this way luocha is freed for the other team where he is more flexible cuz he is sp positive

Im sorry but your "Siyansho (Xianzhou)" threw me off 😂 What I like about Fu is that her kit scales off of HP so her essential stats are HP Spd Eff Res and ERR, she's arguably the easiest to build on (for me) since I have these HP sets with high HP% now thanks to my past self farming for Blade's 😂

The healing on her light cone is honestly the least impactful part of it. It only happens when a new wave of enemies spawns. I'd be looking at the *rest* of the light cone.

5:30 This is kind of big for Bailu, cos if you need that extra heal she will work fine cos Fu Xuan takes care of all CC.

Not all CC. If an enemy CCs you a lot, you will require a cleanser. Lynx will be ideal for Fu Xuan team in that case. Lynx can only cleanse once and then have to wait for her ult again, but with Fu Xuan, they can keep the team free from all CC, even against the most cc heavy enemies.

I have luocha and gepard with their LC but i still gonna get fu xuan because she is the least rng solo sustain character knowing any character that got hit will transfer most dmg to fuxuan Gepard need to get hit a lot so he can use ult before his shield runs out and it can screw your rotation if you are using fast character like seele and her shield buff runs out before he can cast his ult again meanwhile luocha despite having the highest heal value on the game doesnt guaranteee your character to stay alive if the enemy decided to burst one of your party member to death in one turn and ruin your entire run because rng just want to flip you off. Seriously, this thing happened quite a lot to me especially on kafka and that spear guy in MOC stage.

I don't know if her heals will be that good, but I doubt it. She already does enough as a support with her crit buffs that I doubt her sustain will be as powerful as Luocha's. I think she'll be better than Gepard, her sustain will be less than Luocha's, but this buffs will increase team offense enough to make her on par with him overall.

I don’t even play star rail and this character seems busted LOL

i'll wait until we find out the numbers haha if she only heals for like 2% of her hp haha
