Dude why havent you shaved the stops on the steering arms? It gives you more steering angle. It would really help in some of those stumps. Other than that man what a cool spot for that test. That was wicked man 👍👍😊😎

yea I did but the hubs ended up snapping and never got around to doing them again yea I like that spot , new test log 👍👍🐿

i have the ftx ravine with steel links, front metal servo 15kg, motorbike wheel weights on front and rear axle, 150mm soft tires and the thing is unstoppable. For 120eur plus 100eur in mods there is no rc 1/10 car that can do the same and if you want real performance youchave to spend more than 400eur plus mods. Honestly, totally reliable on 2s with many many hours of use and its the only 1/10 crawler i use or need. Should try one!

oh yes I know exactly what you mean, I do have one and they are fantastic and extremely capable. just can't beat them especially for the price. done a few mods to mine but all free stuff and it is a beast. I do have another ravine video comming up soon 😀👍

The mighty mauler is best, apart from the turning circle on mauler, the fury is good too 👍

Quick question: Have you taken out the upper link? You keep the link that is connected to the same side as the panard, if I remember right 🤔 seen another fella on a different KZread channel say and do it, made a world of difference in articulation and how the suspension behaved

I think those sheep just wanted a go with the cars . as you say,both different and I think on average the mauler is the better crawler , but the fury isn't far behind at all . I don't think you'd be disappointed with either if you had to choose one

Hi 009 Adventures, I love your content and garner that you are local'ish, (Western Valley Models). I have a Kanyon V2 for the boy (9), do you have a recommendation that would ride with the boy but not wipe him out. Anything really, looking for an experienced eye, obviously looking for same ish, if that makes sense.

hi bud, oh yes I seen it on fb maybe? think that was you. what kind of thing are you looking for and where to use it is the first question? depends on your budget really, for budget and cheap to fix look at anything ftx, bit more your looking at arrma range. just did a video on an arrma vorteks that's really good and not silly fast. feel free to message me if you like, if I can help I will or if not find out 👍🐿

Well we started out crawling, as it was his first and I wanted him to learn control. We live right next to Sirhowy park, so rivers, mud mountains. But I think maybe more a rough and tumble trails truck rather than a soldi crawler now. I would say a slightly faster Kanyon type, I don't want crazy speed and budget is around the Kanyon sadly. Yes that is me I shouted out WVM, it is our first truck, people are quick to complain but slow to praise good service and Ed is sooo helpful to anybody that walks in.
