Thanks for the presentation. it is well detailed. but i think the cable distance between the splitter1: 4 and 1:16 has been forgotten. I also want to ask how to deal with the loss of a patch cord? - do we consider only the insertion loss marked on the cable ...? Or should you add the loss of the 2 connectors ...? thanks

There are many more invisible losses, like as radiation loss, magnatic loss, chemical loss, temperature loss, sound loss, bending loss, pressure loss etc.
