Very good to know. In some cases you feel like you are overthinking & will be annoying to a busy surgeon. I think thats why a lot of us downplay our issues. Its like we are so focused on being grateful that we worry any issues are not as severe. Glad to know these little things that could be warning signs. Sorry you didnt have a source like this for yourself. Hope things continue positively!!

Ok soooo the good news is your peeing really well!!! The middle news is that pre surgery your pee sounded like a beautiful water feature, the bad news is now you have less reason to go pee loads n check out your equipment!! 😉😉 In all seriousness now, I’m glad your not in pain anymore and that peeing is a pleasure not a cause for anxiety. There are not many people in the world Iv seen pee so I feel privileged to be sharing such a special time with you. One last thing every time you say I can leave a comment down below I smile I can’t help it, it’s that and peace out which I always here as pees out!! (I promise I am actually an adult!!) xx

thank you for this information, Cody! this is of value. I am kinda scared, that if i have a stricture, that they have to cut the whole phallos open. And you have to kinda wait for it to heal first! I heard, they do this, if the urethra is too thin all the way...

I think it depends on where the stricture is. Mine was near the base so I had an incision above my scrotum up to the base of my phallus but not too horrible. Glad this was helpful!

I'm sorry I'm so late to watch this i was busy 😔. I might have missed it but have you done a video on different types of top and bottom sugary and risk and stuff pls. Also you stream looks great. Don't stress.

I have covered a bit of the different types of bottom surgery but not really top surgery. I had top surgery before youtube and before I was out so that is a topic I actually haven't talked a whole lot about! :)

How likely is it that the stricture will come back? And, thanks for the update, and glad you can finally pee with ease!

Hi Cody I am just wondering if you experienced constant burning in your urethra, primarily in the head of the penis. My pee also looks like your pre op and I don't have hesitancy and don't pee for long duration but sometimes I do notice the pee is a weak stream. All test for uti sti and bladder kidney etc is negative. It just feels like i always have to urinate and gets worst as the day goes on. Been 17 days now of constant pain.

I don't know if you can answer this but if you have the other bottom surgery can you have your bottom surgery if you're not happy??

Yes, if you have metoidioplasty but are not satisfied you can have phalloplasty later on.

Any advice for starting your FtM translation smoothly? My gf now bf is wanting some advice for top surgery and the whole transition process

The process can differ depending where you live.. I had top surgery first which is not really the norm.. but usually you start testosterone, then top surgery, then hysto, then bottom surgery ( if you want ).
