yes, surgeons can do pretty much anything. No 2 results are the same, but the type of procedure depends on what the individual wants and what surgeon they choose.

I think he had a different kind of surgery from the guys who have bilateral scars. It's generally referred to as keyhole or peri-aereola where the incision is made just around the nipples for guys who already have pretty small chests.

If you want the phycological answer, I've heard that a good portion of women are attracted to men who have slight feminine facial features. It makes them seem more inviting and trust worthy. It's why Chris Colfer (Kurt from Glee) has such a huge group of fan girls.... That also explains why girls think that Justin Bieber is so cute lol. As for the real world answer: It's because we're just naturally sexy! Don't question the sexiness, just love that it's there! :D

There are different types of surgery. You can get it by incising the nipple or incising under the breast tissue (that's brief descriptions, they aren't great but that's basically it).

They're different types of surgery, is all. Taylor had what's called keyhole. Its usually only done on smaller chests, as larger ones don't produce as well off results and can have more complications. The kind with more scarring, known as double incision, is usually done on people with larger, saggier, and/or chests with little skin elasticity. Some people with smaller chests will even chose to have double incision for various reasons, though.
