FSU and Clemson should form it's own power conference away from the rednecks of the ACC.

As a fan of many Big 12 teams, this is the most rational take, everything you said is what I've been saying.

I don't think they're going Big 12, but they're definitely exploring their options. If they need a life raft, they need to have all their ducks in a row. There is no doubt they've had unofficial talks.

As a business person you must listen to all offers. The more information you have then you can make a sound decision going forward.

If fsu went to XII that would give FOX access to the southeast as well at less cost. Imo there is no chance any acc joins the P2 as long as the XII is open. The XII gives espnfox the option of gaining(fox) and retaining(espn) for less money. If espnfox split a $50m payout from a lookin 2028 and a renewal in 2031 that might be appealing.

FSU has option of being independent before big 12. But ACC restructuring is also the best scenario

Big10 wants ND & Stanford, the SEC wants UNC & UVA. It’s time to make the best conference available. The Big12 with FSU, Clemson, VT plus one more. The mindlessness of some people thinking ESPN doesn't want to keep FSU as a partner is beyond ridiculous. FSU pulls tv ratings in the top 10 or 15 WHILE PLAYING IN THE ACC!!! Yet people pretend espn is ok with them leaving for fox.. could you imagine losing billions in revenue and it going to your competition..

Florida State fits in with the new-look Big XII. The new Big XII needs a name team to beef up a no-name conference with the loss of Texas and Oklahoma. Neither the SEC not the B1G seem interested in Florida State.

@@NOLES-wm3ly Florida and South Carolina will never vote to admit Florida State and Clemson into the SEC. Neither Florida State or Clemson fit the B1G mold, academically speaking. Most Michigan fans were extremely critical of FSU fans who cried about not getting into the CFP late last season. The Big 12 is desperate for teams that will give their conference legitimacy. They probably would part with a bigger share of TV revenues.

Moving to the Big 12 is a lateral move in terms of talent. Not sure how much money we would receive but I'd much rather wait for one of the big 2.

So stupid this was all just trolls trolling. I am hoping FSU would go independent and market their own damn home games, rather than go anywhere but the BIG10 or the SEC

@@portisforpresident4535 There is no reason for Florida State to go to the Big XII because they want more money not less. This conference pays less than B1G AND SEC. If that case they minds it well stay in the Acc.

It would be of no benefit for FSU to leave the ACC to the Big 12 money isn’t there and the prestige isn’t there. The BIG12 just lost their two biggest programs and most successful programs. It would literally be like moving to the ACC after FSU and Clemson left the conference. If FSU moves to the big 12 it will be the stupidest decision and it will doom FSU to sub par recruiting and being the last picked in the playoffs (as in they’ll be considered behind 2 loss teams for the big10 and sec)

This is classic misdirection. Nothing to see here, folks! No back room deals happening with ESPN/FOX!
