MrP, If you watch Gold Rush on tv, Tony Beets with his mining operation in Dawson City is still using this in his gold mining operation. I talked to him last year when we visited the North and he was very happy with it. It only needs a crew of 3 people to run it. We also visited Dredge #4 pretty interesting what they could fabricated so long ago. Greetings from Canada.

I'm pleasantly surprised by how beautiful this map is and I love it's connected to Silverrun Forest by the train too! This would be a great make for a casual frontier farmstead type series, light forestry, small equipment to start. Great stuff!! On a side note, can you imagine how amazing this map will look in FS25, the fog and mist in the trees and so on!

I would have given the map maker permission to integrate my mining mod. Incase he sees this, reach out. Ill send you what you need.

Nowadays I install the Apache mod and use that vehicle selling the standard pickup being given by the map maker. I think that Apache pickup fits most maps much better.

Its a great looking map! Just started a play through - Im not a fan of not being able to open any of the gates, or delete any of the prop vehicles; it makes the land a bit unusable in my eyes. Hopefully an update will fix that

Look up the TV series "Gold Rush" and on some of the seasons one of the miners brings a dredge back to life and actually uses it today. Very interesting how they operate. I play the PC version before the update and there are no additional productions on it so the railroad silo stuff is interesting.

I have put in a sell everything (mod) and was able to sell the sand/mud from the big piles, makes good money.

I've started this map it's a great map although I constantly need all lights on as the sun doesn't get above the mountains so it's quite dark alot of the time and found a few floating trees but they should be gone very shortly have a couple of ideas to get rid of them I already have the ore mine running and will use the gemstone mod as well as it will be very suited to this map and will utilise some of the platinum productions on the forestry side of things

One huge sandbox right here I’m downloading it as we speak😂😂 This is just one of those maps. It looks like you could just use your imagination and do whatever.

Thank you again for great map review. In regards to landscaping, did they say at farm con if they have done anything to improve landscaping as I, and others I spoke to, find landscaping very poor on Xbox/console. Very limited/glitchy. Hard to manipulate land precisely with it. Prefer if it was more precise.

Not a fan of maps that you cant get rid of decorative buildings on the farm. It is nothing but wasted space. Would play if update changes that.

I don't like that we can't sell/demolish any of the starting houses. Also not of fan of the ai workers not going straight.

The AI workers definitely need to be tweaked a little better and I feel this way on all maps

Ai workers is a game mechanic, not the map authors fault.
