INGREDIENTS :
Marinate : 500 grams pork belly
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 tsp chicken powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 cloves garlic, smashed.
1 pc. cucumber, peeled seeded and chopped
1 onion, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 lemon/lime or calamansi
red chilli ( optional )
1/3 cup white vinegar
salt to taste
ground black pepper.
