Eso es una interpretación de una tortilla y ciertamente es original, pero NUNCA se puede llamar huevo frito dado que lo has cocinado a la plancha en lugar de frito. Para freír un alimento este debe flotar en aceite hirviendo y además debe ser introducido en la sartén cuando el aceite esté hirviendo, es decir en el caso de aceite de oliva su temperatura debe encontrarse entre los 110°C y los 120°C, cualquier otra preparación no es freír.
