It is adhesive capsulities and muscle spasm it take too long time ,you can adjust joint and little bit of adhesive free but u didn't release muscle spasm it takes some time Im also physiotherapist chiropractor dry needling cupping therapist.

Nice video.....but too much of background noise. Cracking of joints and metal clanging in the background, was not good

I have exact same problem after a subluxation during a scooter accident. Cannot lift my upper arm much. After a point, the whole pec muscules and other muscle also move with the hand movement. I am from kerala. DOCTOR can you please help?
