    ascp doesn't like us to use spray for safety reasons anymore, there are certification questions about it now...

    after we prepared slide, can we conserve it in -20C° without fixe it in methanol, or we must fixe it in methanol before conserve it in -20C° for future use ?

    but OCT is then a temperature if it means "optimal cutting temperature " then why we call it a medium to apply on tissue in the mold?
