halo brother thank you alot for your videos......they have really showed me that everything is repairable, i have 43 inch vitron tv with a problem, the backlight is working very fine but no picture or display, i thought it was motherboard but now have realise its not, but it could be tcon problem help solve this problem

In this case registor for VGH within 1k Ω and for VGL you have to use a registor within 330Ω Thanks a lot Brother. ♥

In Safety Mode the loads of output voltage from DC to DC converter have to be disconnected one by one then if the output voltages are found to be correct then it is understood that DC to DC converter circuit is OK.
