But why so many ingredients, I know a few are for flavor but what about the rest like viniger, starch etc. Do the other ingredients help keep them from sticking?

I'm new to your blog, a friend of ours comes by every Tuesday or every other week to give us can vegetables and frozen foods. she gave us frozen French fries and they were so good when I ate them, I just finished watching a video and the person just peel the potatoes cut and put them in a bag and freeze them. now the ones that I have don't have any thing on them, but your video introduction is very well done. I don't have some of the flours, so I'm going to just add the flour. 😊😊thanks

salt pani main dala tha or chicken powder main bhi hota hai namak agar phir bhi zaroorat lagay toh fry karne k baad thora sa uper se chirak dain. rice flour se crispy haotay hain agar nahi hai toh skip kar dain.

probably wet from thawing out & flour makes it sticky...
