i've been tossing whole bananas in my freezer for years. I just use 1/2 for a smoothie, but it is so easy to cut into rounds while frozen, then right into blender. Freezing bananas is such a great way to have them available on demand.

I make a frosty with cacao and banana.

Fast food prep, just bought some mini bananas, looked for a video tutorial on freezing bananas, saw zip locks, this is my choice, thanks for taking the time to share this.

Also throw the banana peels in your plants ,they love them.

i have a question..u used all bananna slices of the jar..but if i want to use half of the slices of the jar, then will i full this jar with full water??

Use smaller jars for one serving. Voila!

Add a little cold milk instead of water. Sprinkle some nutmeg on top after pouring into a glass! If you want a little sweetness...add a little honey. Yum! ☮️❤️💥🌈🌎🌎😇😇😇😇😇😇😇🐯🦁🧚‍♂️🦄

You're making extra work for yourself if you put them in a small mouth mason jar that can attach rights the blender base and you don't have to transfer
