With you bud, I'll be working up to these again soon. Used to have small FS RnR slides back in the day (11 yrs ago). The gnarliest skating I ever witnessed first hand was Benji Galloway do a 6ft FS boardslide in the Pala pool shallow end. Keep at it bro and loosen up (bend) and lead with your upper body.

Thanks for the tips dude! I know I'm super stiff. I need to work on that. I need more leg strength! Lol

@@skater_scott No worries, I'm no expert but I do find initiating the 'rock' move for RnR by lifting my wheels over the coping (not just letting them roll out) makes it easier as you control that rather than reacting to gain your balance.

@cakebabyman5090 I'll keep that in mind. I'd really like to put this one "in the bag!" It's a cool trick.

Yeah, it's a tricky one! Getting your body to twist back around, at the top, and unbalanced is harder than it looks!

Dude you should try doing that movement on a curb maybe. Or a parking block. Just to get the full motion down. I’m thinking there’s gotta be a step you could do before the bowl. Oh never mind. Doing that on the non coping bowl is perfect.

That non coping was great, but by the time I conjured up the courage to come back around, I was exhausted. Then the next day I started from scratch. That was a frustrating journey. On to something else. Maybe practice it now and then.
