This video is a front view of the entire section from Itoigawa to Matsumoto on the Oito Line. This line runs along the Itoigawa-Shizuoka Tectonic Line, which is a boundary fault on the west side of Fossa Magna. The weather changes drastically, and it looks like snow near Minami-Otari, but it will be fine after Shinano Omachi.
