Man, with your kind of response he is going to teach this thing until he drops. Now he is asking you to give more than 10%. Man, he is so good at using the scriptures to con you out of your hard earned money that you are willing to defend him even though he said that he deceived you over the years. Now he's using the message of grace to keep on coning you, and you love him more for it. Man how good is he! Buy the way that was not Bible study. It was Just teaching using scripture to convey a belief on a particular subject to get you to give as the end result.

People that don’t like to give will love this message but when you have faith you give freely.

Tithing is a principle I’ll continue to stand on. I’ve been practicing these for decades and it works for me. God gives me enough to tithe AND give, with my ALL my bills still being paid. By the wisdom of God I was able to pay off a brand new car ($26,000) in 7 months. Paid off my son’s car ($23,000 in TWO WEEKS, stock market). All this while tithing. No husband, boyfriend, and side piece, just Him. He provides.

Tithing is Old Testament but they say it has been done away with make that make sense. He is lying. Tithing was for the tribe of Levi who lost their inheritance due to dwelling in idolatry, the other 11 tribes were instructed to give 10% of their crops, cattle, wine and oil. God said He would open up heaven and pour out a blessing, that blessing was water for the crops! It was never money unkesss they were traveling from afar and couldn’t carry their 10%. The new covenant is the fact we aren’t put to death for breaking the law, grace is not being put to death, a chance to get it right. He is lying to the people! Keeping the commandments are the only key to salvation!

Hold to the truth my brother...we live in time when it is convenient for ppl to try and dilute the truth because it's what they want to hear but the truth is the truth. Jesus in the new testament said he came to uphold the law not destroy it so for those who misquote paul by saying we no longer under the law need to fully understand what law he was speaking of because Jesus did not destroy the law he upheld it.

@@sam-tc4oo well said. Also let me add generous giving is still rooted in selfishness. I say this because generous giving is dependent on if we choose to give. The bible says the earth is the lords and the fullness thereof which means God owns everything. The very money we think that's ours is not even ours and all God is asking of us is to return a tenth, a sign of obedience and ultimately love for him. The premise of generous giving is based in the fact that all that we have is ours but the bible says all that we posses is because of God, a BIG difference. Tithing is still the thing to do because it is what God requires. May God be praised.

To sum it all up...Whatever a person give is between them and God. For God looks upon the attitude of the heart!

The way he’s explaining tithing now seems like he knew the answer longggg before this “revelation” of his! From tithing to generous giving? What next?🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ VG

I was so excited to hear about this! This is so freeing for me!!! Every since I decided to stop tithing and seek God about what to give, I have given more than my tithe and my usual offerings, and I gave it cheerfully!!! Yes! It has been working out more and more! In May the Lord opened a door for more income and because of that income I was blessed to purchase a new car, I was never able to do that before because I wasn't bringing in enough money. And guess what? I'm giving more since the beginning of this change!!!! He's faithful!!!!

Dr Dollar, this teaching should have been revealed some time ago. I tithed thousands of rands when I got my pension payout and could not pay all my debts. I went into debt counseling and today I am a pensioner with an unfinished mortgage. I cannot blame God for He told me to read the Bible and I interpreted it as the world and suffered the consequences.

The enemy is the one who is fleecing the sheep even while preaching the truth of the Word. Did we not Satan speak the truth to Eve? Did not Satan speak the truth to Jesus? Yet at the end of it all was it not to deceive. What did this man asked of you at the end of his teaching? As usual, give to him. And give more than your usual 10%. All of us are not “enemies” of WCM. I followed Dollar for years since from the 80s. I’m not an enemy, hater nor an accuser. Actually he admitted to this. No one has ACCUSED him of anything. Repentance of a sin requires FULL acknowledgment of the deed and compliance with reversal of it. He has acknowledged he taught wrong doctrine. He has said going forward how he plans to teach tithing. He says (he) was affected but what of others who were affected. Hi. Watch as s remedy: give more. This is the beginning of the fall out. He went for the juggler of prosperity doctrine teachers. Watch as well as pray.

Read Isaiah 53 , the whole chapter but concentrate on verse five. Just maybe God desires that we give to those in need, and not to those whose barns are already full. Your arm of compassion should be to those in need. Maybe you should go back to the scripture to understand this. When you give to the pastor you are not giving to go God. This is what they will have you think. I am a pastor. I receive a salary, and that's it. When we take up offerings it goes towards the work of the ministry not to me. And the church is made to account for every dollar taken up, and what is spent. If you truly have a heart of compassion give to the poor that God brings befor you. I say this in love.

When you know that you have wrong others what do after repenting? You try and make amends returning their money. Also your new revelation should tell you how to use church offerings to help poor believers within the fold, not to enrich yourself. He should take the example of how the apostle Paul delt with church offerings.

From my whole life in faith, how I used to judged this man of God because of false teaching specially about tithe, and today God speak through him. God is good indeed. Now I know why God says do not Judge your brother. Our journey in the Lord are different and yet he loves us all. Praise God. In this topic he is in contexts of the scriptures, preaching according to God's will. I pray God will speak to his heart with other topics. Paul was great example of God's grace, he was a murder of the church but God chose him to preach the True Gospel of Jesus Christ, the very same prosperity gospel preachers God will turn thier hearts to him because he is merceful. Let's continue to pray for them. I love how he humble himself and said he is growing. Indeed we are all growing. Do not judge but rather pray for them.

He is still who he was. There is no charge to him except that he is alot wiser. His objective has not change. He still trying to get your money saying its all about grace and love, not law. Only now he is saying you should be giving up to 40%. So under grace you are called to give more. If he truly repented he should give back some of his bounty to the poor in the church like Zacheus did. Note... he never asked for forgiveness. His conscience has no guilt. So he will preach money untill he drops.

Teaching the grace of God is good, however, when the motive behind it is for the purpose of getting you to give more of your hard earned money is not good. See the end of his teaching what he did... Ask for your money out of your heart felt love for God. Hope you have a big heart, you would need it for CD and his bank account. I wander who is really the legalistic and ignorant people. Are they the ones giving in to his cunning devices.

Am edified now. Its from the willingness of the heart not for the fear of the repercussions if i do not give.

I’m glad more pastors are starting to preach the truth about tithing! Our former church wouldn’t allow loving and wonderful believers to participate in certain ministries if you didn’t tithed. Unfortunately many eventually left the church and the body of Christ. God want’s us to give, but we should give freely and not because we fear an Old Testament curse! The earth is the lord’s and it’s fullness. We are only stewards not owners. Let’s spread the truth and set the saint’s free. So they can return back to their first love.

It is about depending on God. I never stop at 10%. My goodness it all belong to God. Just surrender and ask The Holy Spirit to direct your giving. The more I give it's just open up doors to give more. God gave his all. Jesus. In turns he gave all. His life. My God can you do that.

This sermon provided me the clarity to accept the blessings that comes from tithing. Thanks Pastor Creflo. Blessings from India.

Man, he said stop tithing. Now he is asking you to give more than your tithe. Because of God's grace and your love for what he has done for you he is saying that you should give more even up to 40%. Just out of your love for God. He he lol

Also, to accept the blessings that comes from NOT tithing. Believers no longer need to tithe under GRACE. Amen! 🙏🏽

Yes, he is gifted to get your money. Your requirement under grace is faith in the finished work of Jesus on the cross. Giving to enhance to work of the lord is good. Giving to the poor is good. Giving to people who uses the gospel for their own gain is bad.

@@theresageorge8225 the reset is that you give more than 10% of you income to show that you really love the lord. He is saying up to 40% now. What you need to do is reset your mind. Rom 12.

U should get a gold metal for this statement as you are 100%correct. This malachi scripture was used as a yoke upon our necks by the pastors we were under and then they were speaking a curse over u by their mouths when the said u are cursed with a curse over this congregation. Iam so glad I will not be a member of a church who uses malachi. I am so blessed since I left these type of ministries

Yes its a reset. From his lies of the past to his lies of the present. Now he wants you to give up to 40%of your money to him out of the goodness of your heart. Why can't he say 1or 5% if it's truly by the Grace of God. He keeps saying God is so good to him because he gives. Yeh right. How much? And to who? To himself. Yeh, a jet, a mansion etc etc. And all he gives you is a word from the Lord so that you give him money money. He is still saying that you will be blessed if you give him money because that's how God blessed him. Try giving your money to the poor. That is how you would be blessed.

I have grown so much under his teaching, and I have never met the Dollars, no stepped foot physically in their building. Yet, God uses this man to be a blessing to so many. Pastor, I hope you see this. There is more for you than against you. Thankyou for being bold enough to repent and free alot of us from that bondage of religion. We can tithe without that pressure of feeling we have to "earn" God's blessing!!! You could of kept silent, yet your love for the souls prompted you to risk the backlash. This is not a new teaching. Many churches have been teaching this for decades. He says at the end (at about 53:35) that he knew this was the right teaching for about 10 years. So he knew it was not a correct teaching but continued to teach it anyway for 10 years and happily collect tithes from people under false pretenses. You're ok with this?

Sundays message gave me so much freedom. Holy Spirit spoke to my spirit and gave me a percentage and explained how it will activate my faith muscle and lead to bigger and bigger. Creflo is on point. It really does work God knows your needs and financial situation he won't let you go without just ask him what percentage

Thank you Pastor Dollar for teaching us truth. Your freedom in Christ is helping the body of Christ to experience His freedom. Freedom to walk in love, giving and power in Holy Spirit.

This is the message of the year. Surely I'm freed from the law.

These people are choosing to be ignorant.... I'm shocked that he skipped over 20 and 30% he went straight to 40%...I expected the increase... during his first message...I knew he was grooming them... He lifted the limit right before their eyes! but this is greedy! Why would he need 40% of the congregation 's income? God can't use a greedy person... the one in the Bible's life was required of him

@@shayb1103 Actually that's not true , he taught you portions of the Bible that were for his benefit. That's why we end up with preachers expecting things from their congregation. like watched, planes and cars. He only appeared to be repenting.... zebra don't change their stripes, he only lifted the 10% with an aim for 40% percent, he needs a Tyler in the congregation. You need to really study the Bible to know God for yourself. There you've been told.

@@shayb1103 You can't teach people to "know God"... you can only teach the word of God, and according to corinthians they have to mix it with "faith"... and when you do that, you can avoid sitting under lies and half truths for years.

You have broken it down well Sir. I believe what you are stating in your lesson and I thank you for waking people up! This tithing is what has been taught in church for years and you are getting people to be better! As a pastor I always found that it is more important to give as best you are able and like you said, "I don't know you" no one can make a person give so that they can get. We are under the grace for BETTER! Jesus was and is the way to BETTER - yes the LAW is good, Jesus makes that clear, however because he is the way shouldn't that be the way we choose? I love the breakdown of the word you give! SUBJECT to the law.
