Its cost being it a fence or a house itself would depend on a couple of factors such as the level of slope, the type of building, the size among others.

I have just watched a video of yours where there was a little Structural defect as no Pillars we used at all and to make matters worse they have already cast the lintel concrete. I realised there wasn’t and Pillars at the back of the building. What explanation do you give for that. If even there wouldn’t be another upper floor, the woods for the Roofing’s are heavy so I expect, so I expected a few Pillars with iron rods to be able to pick the weight of the Roofing. Your explanation Sir.

Hi, if your question is with reference to the bigger building by our minimal house, then the answer to that is, because the back porch of the house isn't of a bigger size. It's 4 feet in breadth which is the section away from the main building. The roofing wood works would be able to extend to that size without any challenge, considering weight. The bigger chunk of the wood for the roofing wood works would be on the actual building, whereas a small section extends out. I hope this answers your question. Thanks for asking

Hi, i don't live in Asebu but rather Ashifla. Yes, i am one of the builders at Asebu. We have already planted some trees where i live at Ashifla, they are still growing. For Asebu, we did save some trees on the second project and do intend to plant some more soon. The winds I spoke about concerns our place at Ashifla and not Asebu.

The quantity of steel you use will depend on a couple of factors, such as the size of the land, the number of steel to be tied together, the height you prefer among others. But for a 7 feet height, tied in fours, 1 full length steel is able to do that. So you can count the number of pillars and multiply it to determine the total quantity

There are but this will also be dependent on where you're building and the situation there. If there are issues with theft among others, then you may have to consider a fence wall first

@@IshmealLamptey Located at Panpaso, and neighbours are few and far between. Lots of greenery around. Don't know about any theft issues yet, I guess the real issues will come up when I start something. I've just been thinking between fencing first, building a small outhouse first or just starting with the main building.

My contractor told me I needed 55 bags of concrete for only 2 walls of my 2 plot property and 1500 blocks. You used 2050 blocks and around 50 bags of cement for 3 walls. I think I’m being cheated.

I think you have to discuss things with your contractor to understand exactly what's going to be done before you can conclude. Also, you have to know that, there is never a same project, all projects are unique and therefore each has to be treated as such. Maybe the topography of the place requires more blocks, maybe they are digging to a certain depth all these affects cost. So kindly discuss everything with your contractor.
