Meet Siro, the resilient feline from Gili Meno whose journey from suffering to recovery has transformed him into a true hero. 💥 It all began during one of our TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) clinics ✂️🥚 when Siro crossed our path, his condition leaving his local owners at a loss for what to do. Suffering from feline neurofacial pain syndrome, a condition known for its intense and persistent pain, Siro needed urgent help.
Thankfully, our team sprang into action, determined to alleviate Siro's suffering and give him a chance at a better life. With dedicated care and treatment, Siro began to respond positively, his spirits lifting as his pain subsided. However, it became clear that Siro would require ongoing treatment and support for the rest of his life.
Considering Siro's long-term needs, a decision was made to provide him with a new home 🏡 at LUNI Lombok, where he could receive the specialized care and attention he deserves. With this new chapter in his life, Siro's transformation from a cat in distress to a beloved resident of LUNI Lombok is nothing short of inspiring. ❤️‍🩹

Helping the Animals on the Gili Islands to lead a better life through:
- Permanent vet clinic offering medical care and sterilisation on Gili T (free for strays)
- TNR (trap-neuter-return / sterilisation Program) pop-up clinics on other Islands
- Daily feeding of 500-700 stray cats
- Providing drinking water for animals
- Rescue & rehabilitation of wildlife
