I'm telling you she is beautiful. When I was in my s6 vacation, I used to volunteer at a women's organization. She used to come there to use the internet. She must have been in her 20s ( the organization used to be on Bukoto street). I am telling you this lady's beauty would just be oozing in that Cafe. Back then she had no kids and her body was banging. It's still banging but ehhhh! This lady will age beautifully ❤

I sooo needed this episode on adulting... I've been waiting for it since forever! When I was little, as little as 10 years old, I couldn't wait to grow up! I don't actually remember particularly enjoying being a child.. even when adults said enjoy the sleep and being a child, I xoulsnt wait to grow up! As a 17 year old, I was sooo busy dreaming and planning my future like Manuella, even when they would tell me to enjoy being 17, I couldn't! Ironically, I was also so afraid of what adulthood would bring.. then lo and behold! It brought! My wake up call was when I had kids.. that's when adulting real hit. So for now, I'm on those rapids and water falls, finding my way as we go along.. juggling them balls! 💪

To me adulting has been learning that life is lived in seasons, some very warm and radiant, others very cloudy, gloomy and grey...but i am anchored in this; knowing that the clouds may pass and quickly and simply give way to the sun or the clouds may pour out so much rain that i get drenched, be cold and shivery, however irrespective of it all, somehow the clouds and the rain must make way for the beauty and radiance of the sun😊!!

Wow wow Thank you, ladies.... for an awesome one, I so love that part of staying true to who you are; I think society conditions us to explain so much to make us look okay. Coping mechanisms as long as they are not harmful then we stick to those. Adulting is not a scam but it is an open-ground reality check on a life we have always viewed from a safe space but now we get to participate in all the activities including the ones we do not like but have to carry out. I love the child-like faith, allowing me to dream, looking back my best years were 20 years and below, and maybe now from now and into the future...22 to 27 were not good at all. I think I have not been promoted in two years, I have been stuck but now I am going forward. I am really a dreamer, it had dimmed down but I have picked up momentum.

Hey ladies thanks for the show. Adulting happens in stages. What you shared as a point of uncertainty and not understanding who you are is called emerging adulthood, then there is the young adulthood stage and then finally adulthood. They all have different developmental characteristics. If people knew what kind of stage they are at, a lot of heartache and confusion would be avoided.

Thanks ladies for this show, I wish you invited ki Pumla to allow weigh in on Adulthood. But back to the topic I have been flipped off by maids behavior still struggling in that area. But listening through I am encouraged that nothing last forever, I will put up with the maids for a little while and I will be through, I know kids will grow and yeah things will be OK. Today is the last day into my contract but I am brave and I know there is light at the end of the tunnel. But Adulthood is hard I feel personally I wasn't ready, we need to speak more to the younger ones to prepare for the worst times.

I take walks. Small steps as I talk to myself. It helps self regulate my emotions. As a first born it can be intense navigating expectations and reality. The walks help a lot
