You're absolutely right! I prefer my gameplay with some context, a story, to make it something bigger than "it's a game and let's just look at it". Something like The Guild 3 needs a bit of build-up!

Hopefully you're a bit better than I am...!

You can set a minimum amount being held back in your inventory at your production sites. This way you wouldn't run out of planks for example.

I absolutely plan to! I'm aiming for two videos a week, maybe an extra one if time allows.

Tipps: For your Transporter you need to skill them charisma that they can sell their goods for a higher price. Strenght is for fighting. The workers should get dextery that they can work faster.

I dont knwo if one 1 dex is same as 1 int for crafting(both attributes are for crafting skill), but int gives more learning speed = more xp. thats why I prefer int before dex^^

Change the preferences in the game’s page to only update the game when it is launched. Then ALWAYS take Steam offline before launching this game. If it can’t see the internet, it can’t update. If it doesn’t update it won’t delete your incompatible savegames. When you’re ready for a new dynasty, launch the game while online so that it updates. And go back to playing offline until you’re ready for updating again.

That's what I do too! I did it on our Germany series, I think we had a couple of updates whilst that series was going on.

Man i havnt looked at this game in almost a year, its awesome to see how far its come, also the fact that your employee bought her own carrying bag is a neat little addition adds a bit more life to the game, most games you have to do everything for your employee's any item u want for them you have to buy its nice to see your Hauler was like "this would help me do my job" and bought it Also looking forward to watching the rest of this series clicked on this video on a whim, and so far have had quite a few laughs, gonna sub and keep and eye on it

Finally a new guild 3 series;) I recently discovered this game (and subsequently your channel). I was frequently frustrated by your tendency to play most of the game in slow-mo, but I am still excited to follow this new series of yours. Subscribed! ;)

got the guild 2 after watching your series on the guild 3 to see the differences and it made me want TG3 much more as it looked a lot easier to play / get into. being able to use family everywhere instead of class/owner locked looked amazing. if you go after higher ranked partners they drop down to your rank but you get all the influence they had. the error message on the trade popped up because the transporter already had items in her inventory at the time you changed the route. because of this she wasnt selling the items she had but instead picking up more and selling the new items while keeping the original planks and torches she had at the time you changed the route.

Loving this series just found your channel!

Hey I doubt you'll see this but I just want to say I love your Channel! Most people just play evil but you actually play all the cool crafting roles! Which I would think maybe a cool series down the line would be a farmer thing since the first one ended, but in this series you be very diplomatic to some houses and try to become allies with some, and try to take out some others, but in this farmers one you should try to ally all the good dynasties and try to take out all of the criminal ones, and also open medical houses where there are places without them.

Three dynasties, three countries, next the world.

You don't have to start with a liason, just propose instead. A liason is for those who are already married, but want to have an affair, or those who want a tumble in the sheets without committing to marriage. So you are actually asking her to become your, mistress before you are even married. 😂

you might need at least one farm if you want to be a taylor . A sheep one and maybe more .If you want to build profitable stuff you mostly need to unlock the 3 productive jobs areas to at least have the 3 basic buildings . That s how i personnaly proceed . Usualy get the tea building and the farm before i go deeper in the crafter branch .

That bird on on the crest, dear friends, is the durppy bird. Now extinct thanks to it's flamboyant mating rituals.

53:20 I'm pretty sure that the other person doing the "weird hand gesture" demanded money from you to not "tell the cops" about you attacking and nearly murdering her "sister", since they were from the same dynasty... I think it's an action the "thieves" have. Also at 53:30 you can see Alisa lost some money right after they moved...

Same as "I have oppened a hospital but noone visits... let's make some visitors..." and proceeds to send hanchmans beating up everyone around so they come to the hospital to get treated and pay you. :) Shady, I know... but that's what they do sometimes... u should save products for high prices at the market, imagine selling for 20 if u can wait for a price of 50-60 per torch, I dont start with a transporter in my games, my main char is doing all that stuff. yes its a lot micro managing, but what else do u have to do at the start of the game? :) and try to buy wood and iron ore at lumber jack/mine, its cheaper than the market(most times, sometimes its same)

Well I like to get the influence up at the start of a game so the main character can run around doing that. However good idea with checking the lumberjack for wood, I'll see what they are charging and how near they are.

keeping yourself short on money at the start of the game while also having to pay worker wages, on the offchances off slightly higher prices to sell stuff is probably not a good idea, especially when the torch prices started at like 40 - 45 gold, not 20 lol.

Do you have any tips on how to make the game run better and with less lag? My system can handle most new games on ultra but I'm new to PC gaming heavily. Been playing the guild 2 renaissance since I cant get over 15fps with the guild 3 and I really want a smooth playthrough

It has been updated recently, it's certainly a lot smoother now since the last time I played in October sometime. Drop those shadows, that might be a good plan.

Because you were wondering whether you´re pronouncing the names right, allow me to guide you: Olvenstedt is just right, though some might say Olfenstedt. Werder = Vearda Magdeburg = Mugdebourg In generell a "W" is pronounced like "V" and there´s no "th" in german, so "Helmuth" would be like " Hellmood" ( which used to be my gamertag on Xbox btw) In English "Berg" and "Burg" sound the same. In german they don´t! Which makes sense, because one means mountain and the other means castle. And you couldn´t phonetically differentiate a Bergburg from a Burgberg otherwise. 🤔😅 For some reason I enjoy myself transcribing german words into english (and the other way around), so please forgive me ! Here´s some additional German cities, you´d probably prounounced wrong: Hamburg = Hummbourg Heidelberg = Highdelbearg Hanover = Hunnaufa Berlin = Bearleen Leipzig = Lypedsick Potsdam = Pottsdumb Sorry, but I had to do this!😉

OK, just FYI since i have heard you misunderstand in the playthroughs: There are two main definitions for liaison that stem from Old French and before that, the Latin word for "to bind." The first definition refers in general to a connection or a relationship that serves effective communication. *The second definition refers more specifically to an illicit relationship, or an affair, and can have a negative connotation.*

It's certainly in a much better place than it was a year ago. It crashes on occasion but it's mostly ok now.

Well it doesn't delete saves without cause, it removes them when there's a big update. Which, because it's early access, happens every couple of months or so. That's the chance you take with a game in development I guess!

all games take years and years to develop, some companies allow you access along the way. if you dont want to participate during that, that's up to you and apparently major mechanics are still being developed and modified, because saves no longer working are also a thing, in some other early access titles. sounds like you just like to play released games and that's ok, just means you're looking in the wrong places and setting yourself up for disappointment.

Something's really off about textures, colors of this game. I get uncomfortable looking at it within seconds.

No. It is not pronounced like that (incorrectly) here in the UK. There is an H. You don't wear an at on your ead or live in an ouse. There is an H and it is pronounced Herb!

It's unlikely that bit of the game would be broken, it's pretty fundamental. I'd guess there's something you've done that's not quite hitting the mark. Is there space for your character to get into to the business? Just try selecting your character, right clicking the business and watch them move over to it. They should go inside and the business screen should pop up. Does that happen?

I'm a bit confused. You tell the character to go there. You select the character and can make them walk about and suchlike by right clicking. Get the character selected and right click the business building, they'll make their way over and then go inside.

Have you STILL not learnt to automate your workers because no one can be arsed to micro-manage..?

Too old? It's not that old!

Just download a cracked version of the game so that you can finally play this game through the end. As long as you paid for it the developer wont look down on you for using a slightly questionable version of the game! Although i like the previous version of the game this one has been in development hell for far to long 4 years of Early Access, furthermore according to Amazon the full version is due to release on the 31st December 2021, which a blatant lie! If this keeps going they will lose all their player base and nobody is going to pay any significant money for it as your game saves keep getting gutted each time they update the damn thing!

Couldn't even finish the video. I tried, I REALLY DID TRY but you are the most frustrating player of this game I've ever seen. And you've even played it for quite some time! Can't believe how unaware of how the game works you truly are. Of course she'd buy something to be able to carry 3 slots when you forced her to do so in your route! Same thing happened last run and YOU DIDN'T LEARN ANYTHING! Atleast learn from your past mistakes. I just can't with this. I just can't. (Not the only thing to frustrate me. Just the last of many before I refused to keep watching)

STOP looking at the wrong number! The sell number is the amount you can earn from selling them, not the higher purchase number. In the case of logs and planks you buy the logs for 3 and sell planks for 6 (at that time). Not very profitable, especially since you have staff salaries to pay...You did this ALL the time last series and it's things like this when you don't even reflect on it which makes me stop watching these series..(also that you refuse to automate workers, you refuse to automate purchases and selling, you refuse to make best use of your characters etc. SOOO ANNOYING!)
