Dont market is saturate idk why these yotubers are selling this. Even 4-5 years experienced people are not getting jobs. Mostly because sf is used by service companies and US recession has affected service companies

I don't know why i joined salesforce.I have done my training from xx company in last year sep 22. and they said that this is just 45 days unpaid traing and you will get onboarding after 45 days.....and still i'm not getting job. where i completed my training. getting first job is not easy for all, waiting from 2021😭😭😭😭😭

I am 5+ experience and hold pd2 Honestly it's time to look for web development or some other demanding stack No jobs,no deemed,no requirement is there in Salesforce. It's really important to do some ground research before making podcast Like what is the job situation in that stack. Salesforce is SAAS platform, also some of basic things/base line domain specific features are already present out of the box, so if you want to build some requirements it’s not always necessary that you have to build it from 0, you should be aware of things present or not and upto what extent I can those, then development start on top of it. Where as python is programming language, if you are building some requirement you do either need to start from zero or need to use some open source libraries, here you are responsible for managing everything from infra to your app. Whereas in Salesforce just modify or build on top of base line feature, what you want.

Salesforce market is saturated right now. There are lot of layofs in Salesforce and companies using Salesforce as everything is based on companies to whom services are being provided. So wakeup and don't fall for this.

Literally anyone can do dev in salesforce, they should remove this position because companies no more value experienced dev they are turning to cheap labors but at the end there are not many openings. Also being a sf dev contricts ur future choice you get stuck in sf specific tech stack on contrary even as a qa you get to know different tools both sf and non sf which gives better career options. I was a python dev now i am stuck in this whirpool of salesforce you alwayz need to study about sf which gets few update every 3-4 months and all updates are to replace coders so.....being a sf dev is most stupid idea Still if u want to be sf dev then learn Apex, LWC, Aura, Soql, sosl and integrations. And most important learn flows

One advice for all : work on urself & u guysbwill get a very good package as well. Same goes with me also i opted for a 3 month learning course & after that i cracked my 1st interview. With a good package n that too as a fresher ❤️

In terms of salary packages, I believe Salesforce is better. In fact, I’ll also recommend AWS.

7yrs of frontend experience i have, if i switch to salesforce, is it good decision? Can i survive in this domain as starting from 0 and having other experience. Need to know your views. Reason - frontend have less opportunities now so i want to move technically and economically grow.
