    Hi new to your channel, I had estrogen fed breast cancer 2007, I have not eaten soy since, at 70 I'm in pretty good shape, just trying to eat less meat, I will be trying some of your recipes. This explains a lot. ✌🏾✌🏾♥♥♥Thank you

    Oooh ! I'd never heard of them until now. These sound awesome. What I read says it's whole soybeans boiled and then dehydrated. Since it's minimally processed I'd put them with twmpeh(fermented soybeans) and right before tofu. I have to try them. Thanks for the tip

    Great video. I'm definitely in the middle. I've tried to use tofu for years but it never turns out right for me. I will try some of your suggestions.
