My goodness, University of Ibadan is also my Alumni (1983-1986). I remember that I met SOJ on campus and I was intrigued by his conversion story. I have never made the connection until now. It is a small world after all. Thank you TED for sharing this testimony with us

Waoh! This salvation testimony is so similar to mine. The year 1982 was the same year I got spoken to by God, in a dancing night club. I also felt isolated. I was also from a Catholic background. Hmmmm! God is awesome. So He was going round literally talking people out of hell into Heaven. Hallelujah!

Your daddy is soooo funny. The way he was narrating the testimony. It was a blessing. Jesus is Lord and knows how to redeem souls to himself.

The interesting part of Dad's story to me was when he had to confidentially admitted to the board of directors and spoke out after he had saw his score, that he was once a sinner and now the Lord has found him. I Love such courage I'm very sure that wasn't him, The Holy spirit spoke through him. 🤗☺️

Oh my God, I wept all through this video! All I can say is that I'm saved and I've been restored! Part of the lessons learnt: 1. Let your yes be yes, and your no be no. 2. We believe with the heart and we confess with the mouth for it to manifest. 3. God surely answers prayers. 4. Christ is not mad with us no matter what we have done. 5. I was really blessed hearing daddy’s life story. This just popped into my mind- daddy had to repeat one more year in school and I am sure it was such a devastating season for him, ranging from the personal shame he experienced and the hopes of his family members he had let down but then that season of seemingly shame has now become a testimony that has blessed so many lives, that season opened him up to Jesus and the purpose of God for his life. I suspect he went to school to become a doctor but right now he is doing much more than health investment, he is making eternal gains. What I am trying to say here is that your life doesn’t end in that mistake, failure or shame- when you let Jesus in, He beautifies your life, He gives you beauty for ashes, He clothes you all over again, He turns your failures around that when you look back you would be the most grateful of all.. All things are working together for your good, as long as you love the Lord.. Thank you TED 💛

Your testimony is amazing sir! And i know it has touched so many lives already! May you be really blessed sir! However, I don't think what you said about catholics not being allowed to read the Bible from A-Z is correct. Afterall, both the daily and Sunday readings, cumulatively explore all the books of the Holy Bible from beginning to end. Catholics also study the bible and pick out portions from the bible to minister with from time to time. With due respect, We all are Christians and worship the same God, so the fact that you do not believe in, and understand the practices of a particular denomination does not mean they serve God any less! I really love to watch the mount Zion programs, including their movies. As a matter of fact, I love mummy Gloria as a person apart from her being a Christian, and despite being catholic, I do not discriminate, because we're thought not to do so. So, I believe we can spread the word of God to people, particularly none Christians, without discrimination. You have spoken so well, and I believe this would go a long way to win souls to God. May God continue to bless the hearing of His words in our hearts through Christ our Lord! And may the words of our mouth and the meditations of our hearts be acceptable unto God always! shallom brethren! 🙏

Your dad was definitely a handsome and a happening guy in university and people like that usually have such a strong influence in bringing others to Christ when they convert.
