Holy cow those wedding flowers are confections ..? I love how the matriarch runs the kitchen with equal parts passion and pragmatism ! The review seemed to come at the worst possible time but they seem to have what it takes to succeed!

Who paints a room ,without starting by washing and painting the Ceiling? They're painting the dining room ,whilst the Christmas decorations are still up.😂 The mother tested if the Christmas puddings were hot, by sticking her finger in one 🤢

I'm 62. Am I "older"?? I don't mind face piercings. I've been seeing them since @ 1990 & I'm used to it. Doesn't bother me. 👍

That's fair but when you're in business it's best to cater to what the average customer would want and the image for fine dining. would different from fast food . It shouldn't be t a big hardship for the college students to put on their piercings after they leave their shifts but maybe it's good for them to learn from a young age the consequences of not picking their battles wisely .

​@@celestialcircledance That's true. Customers who are in the market for Fine Dining expect a high quality of Service. Whilst I know that piercings and tattoos don't, in themselves, affect that Service, it DOES affect the diners expectation of their experience. It's not what they want and, to succeed, Restaurant owners must run their business accordingly

I am more interested in productivity and cleanliness than face piercings. I am 66. I wish them the best.

Sylvia and Rhiannon demonstrated they were snobs. Hypocritical for Rhiannon to have said she won't be bullied. Nothing says upbringing like a self-absorbed, self-identified bully, cursing when looking at table linens. They forgot this staff had been there and been successful. Then there's Sylvia who sees herself as a 4⭐️ Michelin chef. Some ideas were GREAT but Sylvia yelling at staff and snapping at customers was inappropriate. Sylvia purposed to push John out and her comments about Lisa were condescending, nasty, and demeaning! She lucky Lisa didn't sign something mean back. Jeff and Duncan are the stars as they come across as talented, professional, and approachable. Did Sylvia demand and bully for free help from relatives? And yet, Sylvia's wedding cake was gorgeous!

The place reminded me of faulty towers.

Very arrogant family, they only made because of their staff!
