Hi guys! In this video I'm toning my hair from brassy to ashy at home ✨
To mix the toner I'm using:
1 Bottle of: Wella Color Charm T18 - Lightest Ash Blonde
1 Bottle of: Wella Color Charm T10 - Pale Blonde
10 Volume Cream Developer
Mixing Ratio 1:2 (however much wella color charm you use, double the amount of developer)
