Class james and Ty , enjoyed this one 👌👏👏👏👏
He is missing the number one thing a boxer has to have if he's going to make it on the world stage, discipline, and you can't train for that
Altercations like that you don’t forget, guys been locked up for years, saying it as if he’s life’s an action packed life to forget “the altercation”, he remembers, but it’s always hard to remember a lie you told. As a fighter regardless of the circumstance ESPECIALLY against someone who doesn’t know how to fight (this can be spotted almost instantly) you walk away.

Good on his for now owning and taking full responsibility for the manslaughter conviction. I watched a different video of someone who killed someone in a "one punch" altercation. He (other clip) said that at the time he was so busy talking about defending his friends in a group altercation that he never stopped to think "why are my friends out tonight causing problems". Agree with Ty that they should all have walked off that night. That's the hardest realisation.
It’s terrifying to think that one punch on a night out can end in a persons death.

Known women beater
I am friends with his dad on FB we boxed in the pros at the same time. I have done an LLB a law degree and the arguments around self-defence are more complicated than lay people understand. Lawyers argue in our Crown Courts (of which I have experience as a defendant in a similar situation) that yes we have the right to self-defence but the keyword used is 'Reasonable' did the defendant act reasonably. So in a fight, if you get struck by a punch, retaliate with a punch put your attacker down and leave it at that you have acted in self-defence, however, if you then kick him whilst he is on the floor you have then committed ABH. You have overstepped the mark and you have not acted in a reasonable manner as most people apparently would do. This is why if you are a boxer or martial artist its better to walk away from fights than to get involved with them.

@@alzram8139 hes taken accountability for his PART in what happened, it wasnt all his fault so he doesnt need to take 100% responsibility for something he wasnt 100% responsible for. the lad he killed could have quite easily been in the same position ty was in if the other lad he was fighting with earlier had got knocked out or landed badly on his head.....sometimes shit happeneds, its unfortunate and cruel but thats the risk that each person knows when they engage in fighting especially in the street, both could have walked away but both clearly wanted the confrontation, just because one has landed a better punch than the other isnt a reason to punish one more than the other in my eyes, if he had hit him more than once or after he was knocked out then totally agree but 1 punch during a drunk fight in town after a night out, that doesnt make him a killer in my eyes.
Jagdip singh was a very quite lad, we all know the truth

Yes, I know him from school. He was shy and cheerful lad. Would never be the type to look for trouble and fights

@@transes81 I know this comment was a while ago I saw in a KZread comment section of guy that said he went to same school as Ty Mitchell and said he was like a bully and he used to bully people and he was nasty And if I look at how he behaves on social media constantly swearing and being nasty to people that didn’t do him wrong to lead up to fights I’m not surprised . I have heard that he has even punched a women before and knocked a person out before and even with this case Prosecutors said that Ty friends were the aggressors and kid defended himself and then Ty punched him and he was on wobbly legs and then he walked away and saw him again and said to him come on then and Ty punched him again I read up on jagdip and teachers said he was good student and wanted to be a writer and went to university I thought the way Mitchell portrayed him in the interview is nasty and not what I’ve heard about him and is not true and your comment gives me confirmation that he was just a typical kid

He’s had a hundred chances. Now some speeding charge. He can’t stay away from trouble.
A lot of hypocrites would say he deserved prison for longer, reality is we have ALL had fights wether it be at school, in the street in a pub etc, fights happen BUT none of us have ever threw a punch with the intent to kill, none of us!!! He done his time he is remorseful, This man deserves a future and deserves to be happy!

He’s not remorseful at all, victim blaming, forgets all the key points of that evening inc also being guilty of assault on Jagdip’s friend! Also being on bail for punching a woman and knocking a man out! 24 breaches of bail in 4 months!! His true colours will come out , but he’s surrounded by sycophants including James who say deletes the messages in here with evidence Mitchell is a liar!

Only know you through my cousin and his mate Jared. Let me tell you now. This man made a mistake and look at what he has become. So humble, sensible and realised his unfortunate mistake. He is capable of being a world beater. Just hope he gets the chance. Stay bless bro and take on the world 💯. Repping Derby 🐏
