@@hitanshus a high court judge gets a 10 day period before he is transferred. Yes, he had signed his transfer on 12th only but that does not give the government the right to demand 'immediate' transfer. There were 3 judges on that transfer list. The other two were given their 10 day period. So what's the hurry with justice shukla that you demand his immediate transfer at midnight. Where's the respect dude.

I have a question. Muslims generally vote for people like Waris Pathan. Let’s assume they don’t want him to spew hate and they wouldn’t elect him. Why did he apologise after saying Ganpati Bappa Mouriya? He claimed that he offended his constituency by saying “such words” and allah will forgive him!? Now, why as a Hindu I would believe majority Muslims love peace? From where I am it seems like, majority Muslims would vote for a person as long as he doesn’t support Hindu culture. Because there is democracy and this guy wins, we now should understand that Muslims actually don’t want secularism in india! So,I have listened these 'famous names',some are talking about 'Constitution',so they must know 'Citizenship' is an exclusive subject of the Union. One of them had quoted Art.14,so let me tell you Art.14 forbids class legislation,it doesn't forbid reasonable classification of persons,objects and transactions by the legislature for the purpose of achieving specific ends.The varying needs of different classes of persons often requires separate treatment(see Chiranjit lal vs. UOI,1951). Coming on Human rights....well I haven't heard anyone of them condemning 'religious persecution' of non-muslims in 'Islamic Countries'.They haven't condemned the loss incurred because of so called 'Constitutional Protests',violation of human and fundamental rights of commoners because of so called 'Peaceful protests'... Dude,we too are observing...

Its is clear Citizenship should be given every religions except Muslims because the majority to feed them is to vatile Second thing - People from other religions have demand Indian govt. To get citizenship but none of muslim have ever asked since Congress Govt. Has taken lead but all they were busy in developing India nd never listen to them. Do you really mean like they need to fight against Constitution to take Freedom. THEY NEVER ASKED BUT all they do is talk about muslim majority to scare govt. And citizen of India.

Check the documents required and then ask yourself whether you have or not? Also help those protestor who being blocking the road to arrange the documents in place of motivating them to jump in riots nd raising words against the country. Are they really Showing there patriotism? If you can't help them then you also don't have rights to stand with them.

Article 14 😂😂. Dude there is a line in article 14 "Doctrine of reasonable classification" and "protective discrimination is also a facet of equality" Don't be half read. Many articles when found vague are then tested on past SC landmark judgements. The explanation then allows reservations type laws. Just quoting article 14 won't work.
