There's no fault at the end of UPSC. UPSC even challenged her selection at Central administrative Tribunal but her connections were so strong thanks to her father that even UPSC lost the case and Tribunal allowed her to continue without UPSC's consent

Shocking fact here is that DoPT gave her the posting despite that Lady not proving her medical disability at AIIMS Delhi. She got OBC Non-Creamy Layer inspite of being a daughter of former civil servant and having crores of money. Unfortunately UPSC Can't do anything after publishing the Final result. A government officer told me that many people use reservation by asking their parents to take divorce legally that way their father income gets Zero and they are eligible for non Creamy layer. It is obvious that she used that tactic. Also Central Administration tribunal had tried to remove her but she somehow managed to convince court. A one eyed person doesn't get pwd reservation because it's 30% disability, upsc requires 40% disability, her disability is obviously not 40% also she ignored medical tests ! It's crime what she did. She shouldn't Just be removed from service but also jailed. If you look at the case of Divya Tanwar a girl whose father died long back whose mother was like maid, she cleared upsc twice got around 100 rank but couldn't use ews certificate because she submitted certificate with previous year date, just one mistake ruined her attempt, and she is ips, and this girl here used fske certificates and commited so many wrong things is just transferred!! She says she isn't in contact with her former ias father, it's impossible to drive Audi without father's Money at this age! It's a absolute crime. In future she might commit bigger frauds and loot people.

If she has used the OBC+PWD as a category and both are fake then she could hardly clear the cut off at the prelims stage.Also the UPSC notification mentioned that if a candidate submits false information then her candidature would be suspended. That means she didn't get any Rank as she must be outside the prelims cut off for general candidate!!!!!

Some heads should definitely roll in the UPSE also. Who in the UPSE was so lenient to send her 6 notices to attend the medical check up at AIIMS? Who in the UPSE accepted her medical certificates from an unauthorised doctor and medical lab after they were initially rejected by UPSE? Who at Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute, Masoorie did not check her credentials? This is massive opportunity for the government to do a clean up in the UPSC.

Please stop targeting Pooja Khedkar. You are deliberately spreading fake news about a hard working and a deserving candidate. Just because she is from OBC category doesn't mean she is a con. Just because her father is a wealthy IAS officer doesn't mean she know all the loop holes. Just because she has good political connections doesn't mean someone must have helped her secure this position. Just because she couldn't answer some simple questions that doesn't mean she does not deserve this rank. Just because she had a very rich upbringing doesn't mean she is a spoilt brat. Just because her father is wealthy does not make ineligible for the OBC quota. Just because she is partially blind doesn't mean she can not drive a inexpensive Audi which only a few can afford. We need IAS officers like her, she will match up the levels of our great, innocent and saint politicians. I support Pooja Khedkar (only if she is single and looking). I am ready to marry you Pooja. I am ready to break the caste barriers. Even being from, the incompetent open category, with no so much wealth as your father, I will keep you happy in which ever home of yours you want us to live.

If she was really nursing the ambition to have a luxurious lifestyle then why didn't she do any business with her father's 40CR assets, joining this govt job just for getting a beacon 🚨 rings hollow in the backdrop of unrealistic and unsubstantive dreams being served to the students by money guzzling and corporatized coaching centres. Despite knowing that they will get 70 to 80 k per month for this service they still join it because they know they can get away with their want of ultra luxurious lifestyle which is not concievable in a govt job. Govt servants are meant to serve people for whom they are annoited not to brandishise the cars which they can't even afford with their monthly salary worth 80 to 90 thousand.
