2:30 This is great advice. Being on the "prowl" often has the side effect of looking desperate, and it's really noticeable. Be comfortable with who you are, and don't feel lesser than anyone else with an SO in their life. That emptiness you feel inside isn't suddenly going to go away just because you have a girlfriend. No Simp Joker is honestly one of my favorite playthroughs to do. Very casual and friendly game. No sexual tension between the characters

For me I was only dating sumire, but I had all the other confidants max out. It was nice going on a date with your girl ,and still getting chocolates from your friends, it’s very nice and Wholesome, not to be a cheater lol.

This makes me happy that the girls are happily giving friendship chocolate instead of beating Joker up about cheating on them. That was a welcome change for Royal. And I'm glad we got to see Sumire's friendship chocolate scene.

@@jakeriese4862 for me its ren and makoto that are the most likely. Or ren and kawakami. All depends on what you see working out. Everyone will have a different opinion on that. But I don't think breakups are necessarily anything to worry about, as I think all the girls are keen for a long distance relationship to work. Just depends on whether your Ren as you play them feels the same or not.

everyone wanted to see the "am i your valentine?" dialogue option with ryuji thanks for that.

TheSeth2003 I think it’s irony that even I, a straight male want to date the Boys in persona just because they are always my favoured characters. But because I can’t date Yusuke I default to Hifumi because she’s best girl

I actually think the platonic Valentines day is the best version. Going to a restaurant with your mates beats going on a date.

I chose Sumire and chose to be loyal to her in my first playthrough. Also to be fair, its not that the player is getting friendzoned, the player friendzoned them since we make the choice to be in a special relationship or not everytime we reach the 9th confidant level for each one of the potential romantic confidants

Red haired Boi No, he didn’t. Dying your hair a light color is seen as a sign of rebellion in Japan, and it’s also technically banned in school but most schools don’t enforce the rule too strictly, so it’s an easy way to say you’re breaking the rules. Kanji did it for the same reason in P4G.

As someone who must always make a harem in Persona games, this is a whole new world to me.

@UnicornGamer97 That's basically because the developers made it that way. I'm willing to believe some of their interactions; meeting each other in school or in the city. But the parts where I thought they pushed their luck were the following; 1) Her Phantom Thief attire. A Phantom Thief's outfit is a representation of their will of rebellion. Yet Sumire's is literally a genderbent version of Joker's. Like, she JUST met him in that outfit, and that's suddenly her idea of rebellion? 2) The Hawaii trip. This is where I feel they pushed their luck with her the most, as it turned out that her overseas Gymnastics training happened to take place in Hawaii, at the exact same time as the class trip. That basically made her seem overrated, in my opinion. But the part that always weirded me out the most was that they're trying to push her as the canon romance option when you were originally given 9 other options to date. Cause to me, it just begs the question, "Then why can we romance the other girls, especially since some, like myself, can overlook her and still romance the ones we consider to be the best girl?"

I like that they added these friend chocolate events as a further anti-harem measure. You romance all the girls only one of them gives you chocolate. You romance one and befriend the rest they all give you chocolate.

You can take any scene of Ryuji and Morgana in the same room and that stupid cat will always find a reason to insult or degrade him. It actually makes me miss Teddie. And I HATED Teddie!

If you romance 1 girl but friendzone the other your GF in game will be missing from the scene because you spent it with her, or would have a slightly different dialog and item for you.

It's actually a pretty wholesome couple of days there. The boys getting a dinner with Boss, and all the ladies giving their chocolates to our boy Akira.

I actually love this. Much better than vanilla. Now I don't need to worry about cheating on girls, and still maintain friendships with girls!!!
