Awesome Episode! As a guy who does everything from home have learned to be mindful of being alone, and not feeling lonely while at it. It’s never easy to find stillness in such moments, but the moment I would rest on the finished works of Christ and His promises, being alone would become a blessing in disguise. And thank you for this episode… I wish most men had personal dairies like this Podcast to dwell more on such meaningful content at least once a week. It helps a lot to know that you’re not alone out there. You’re awesome, and we’re loving every thing about the content of this episode! Ahh yes! The stillness! I also struggle to hold myself in stillness at times. I read a snippet from a book a few days ago that said something along the lines of "in silence, we find God." Been trying to carve out more space for silence in my own life. I also desire these spaces for men. I trust that they exist already and more are being created (nudge nudge). Thank you for the love!! Received!!

hhh sending you so much love through the loneliness and isolation. I know it isn't easy to be with 🤍 The 'feeling too much' piece is something so many of us struggle with. When I feel that way sometimes, it helps to give myself a self-hug and root into the fact that I can never be too much, maybe the environments I'm in are too small.
