A lot of talented people taken in 2016 and Mike Caswell being one of them. I didn't know him personally but felt like I did in some way, I've spent countless hours learning from his DVDs, he taught me a lot. If there's a heaven it will be rocking with him up there, rest in peace man.

I feel rather sad about the fact that I have only just "discovered" Michael, only to find out that he is no longer with us. RIP Michael. Your playing is so good - melodic, tasteful, thoughtful, unique. I shall be listening to a lot more of your work, rest assured. And from so many other posts by people, it is clear you were a really nice person. A real tragedy we have lost you. God Bless.

What a beautiful, yet intriguing song. Mike, though I never met you, you taught me so much. I loved the touch that you possess over the instrument. Your playing had a delicate finesse and fine quality that far few others have. I'm sorry you're no longer here and my thoughts are with your family at this sad time. Thank you for the great tuition and beautiful music that you brought into this world. You shall always remain a guitar hero of mine.

Thank God we still have his music and videos to cherish. Another great gift that has left this world. Mr Casswell you will not be forgotten.
